Some Bad Habits That Are Really Good

You must have a heard about a lot of habits that are considered “bad” by your parents and probably their parents as well. There are many of them which are considered to be the healthy way to live but are they healthy enough? Or, are these the only way to a healthy life? But getting and staying healthy doesn’t have to be an exercise in self-deprivation and masochism. You can still live your best life and treat yourself.

This blog talks about some bad habits that can prove to be really good for your healthy soul and body.  

1. Sleep till noon 

Who doesn’t like to sleep till late? I do! There are people who still sleep like they used to in their teens and prefer to wake up in the afternoon. Most of my friends complained that their parents would not let them sleep to their fullest and wake them early by saying,

“Early to bed and early to rise, 
Makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise” 

But, there is some change of events here. If you sleep to the fullest which includes your every day routine, your metabolism helps you burn calories. It also makes you stay away from junk food more often. Hence, sleep well and sleep long!  

2. Surviving on coffee for late night wake ups 

You must have heard or read about the various side effects of coffee like heart problems, cancer and stunted growth of the body. For me, coffee is one surviving hack that prevents me from sleeping at the wrong place and time. Can you stay away from coffee? If not, there’s good news for you. A study showed that the beverage helps fight certain cancers, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s and type-2 diabetes. Hence, stick to black coffee because whipped cream and milk plus sugar won’t do anything good to your body. 

 3. Being shopaholic 

Shopping is mostly associated with women and their expertise in shopping, but it some people believe that shopping is okay, but being a shopaholic is a bad habit. Men today spend a lot of money in getting the right clothes and accessories. When it comes to men’s underwear, being shopaholic is definitely a good idea. Why? The more pairs of men’s briefs or male thongs you have; the wider variety you have to choose from as well as you work towards decreasing the chances of repeating used underwear in least cases.
